Your challenge
We all come into this world whole and perfect. But somewhere along the way, life’s waves can toss us around. Sometimes we ride them with ease; other times, we’re just trying to keep our head above water, or figure out how to move forward and live the life we truly deserve.
If any of these struggles feel familiar, let’s talk.
Do you ever feel like this?
-
You wish you could be a better version of yourself, perhaps by building greater spiritual resilience (心灵韧性) to bounce back from emotional setbacks with inner strength.
-
You shy away from relationships, even when you want them, due to challenges in emotional intelligence (情绪智力) that make it hard to recognize and manage your own feelings or those of others.
-
You don’t feel worthy of a good life, abundance, or the right partner, hindering your spiritual personal development (心灵层面的个人发展) toward inner peace and higher consciousness.
-
You treat yourself poorly, as if you don’t deserve kindness or nice things, struggling with emotional energy management (情绪能量管理) to regulate and harness your emotions for better well-being.
-
You freeze when it’s time to make a decision, lacking the energy balance for enhancing leadership (提升领导力的能量平衡) that could harmonize your personal energy for stronger influence and choices.
-
You hear negativity, even when it’s not there, and sometimes you create it yourself, which calls for development of spiritual resilience (心灵韧性开发) to cultivate that inner fortitude.
-
You give everything to others but hesitate to accept anything in return.
-
You try so hard to please people just to feel accepted.
-
You let others’ opinions sway you, even when you know your own truth.
-
You hold back from leading or speaking up, even when you’re right.
-
You shrink yourself, making yourself small or invisible, to avoid standing out.
-
You carry wounds from childhood or youth, like trauma or abuse, that still weigh you down.
If any of these resonate, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to stay stuck.
Ready to break free?
People think about getting a Coach for their life or business for many reasons. Here are some common ones:
-
Stalled Career: You’re frustrated by how slowly your career is moving forward, and you want to build spiritual resilience (心灵韧性) to recover from professional setbacks.
-
Unfulfilled Life: No matter how hard you try, life still feels empty or off-track, signaling a need for spiritual personal development (心灵层面的个人发展) to foster soulful insights and growth.
-
Meaningful Relationships: You worry about being vulnerable or setting healthy boundaries. You want deep and meaningful rather than surface level connections and unreliable interactions, which can be improved through emotional intelligence (情绪智力).
-
Work-Life Strain: Balancing personal and professional demands leaves you drained and stretched thin, where emotional energy management (情绪能量管理) can help regulate your well-being.
-
Emotional Health: Life’s pressures are taking a toll on your mental and emotional peace, calling for development of spiritual resilience (心灵韧性开发) to strengthen your inner core.
-
Sudden Setbacks: A job loss or the death of a loved one has hit hard, and you’re struggling to bounce back, benefiting from energy balance for enhancing leadership (提升领导力的能量平衡) to restore harmony and decision-making power.
-
Creative Ambitions: You dream of showcasing your art, maybe in galleries or on stage, but feel lost on how to get there.
-
Self-Doubt: A nagging worry that you’re not skilled, capable, or deserving enough holds you back.
-
Career Change: You’re itching to switch paths but lack the guts to make it happen.
-
Fear of Judgment: Putting yourself first feels risky, like friends, family, or society might push back.
-
Unclear Future: Anxiety creeps in when you think about where your life is headed and what’s next.
You deserve to feel worthy, bold, and alive. Let’s uncover those old beliefs, rewrite the story, and step into the life you were meant to live. It starts with a conversation, reach out and let’s begin.

My Integrated Coaching Approach: Forward-Focused Healing
Coaching emphasizes what's ahead—practical steps to make things better now and reach your goals—while compassionately addressing the past to free up energy for the future. I draw from a toolkit of methods, including:
-
The Option Method: Pioneered by Bruce Di Marsico, this inquiry-based dialogue uncovers and releases hidden beliefs fueling unhappiness (e.g., "I must suffer if things go wrong"). Through simple, non-judgmental questions, we explore your choices and foster self-acceptance—ideal for quick insights into anxiety, regret, or self-sabotage.
-
Logosynthesis®: Developed by Dr. Willem Lammers, this guided process uses language and visualization to neutralize traumatic imprints and reclaim "frozen energies" trapped in past experiences. It supports a wide range of issues—like grief, phobias, or chronic stress—often faster than traditional therapy, restoring flow at somatic, emotional, and spiritual levels.
-
Brief Coaching, EFT/Tapping, and Adaptive Techniques: Depending on the case, I incorporate solution-focused brief therapy, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT/tapping), NLP, or mindfulness for rapid relief from painful memories and events. These tools accelerate recovery, blending energy work with actionable strategies.
Sessions (typically 45-60 minutes) are flexible and client-centered: We assess, process with your chosen method, and integrate with forward momentum. Many clients experience profound shifts in 1-3 sessions, equipped with self-tools for ongoing growth.

The Model/Methods I used
Logosynthesis®
What is Logosynthesis® and how does it function?
Logosynthesis is a fascinating system for personal development and healing that uses the power of words to shift energy and resolve emotional or mental blocks. It was developed by Dr. Willem Lammers, a Dutch-Swiss psychologist, who combined insights from various fields like psychoanalysis, NLP, energy psychology, and even spiritual concepts into a simple yet effective model.
The core idea is that distressing thoughts, emotions, or physical sensations often come from "frozen" mental imagery—like memories, beliefs, or fantasies—that can be identified and released using specific sentences.
In practice, it unfolds in a secure, accepting environment, typically during a one-hour session, where you’re guided to explore what’s troubling you and speak prescribed statements aloud. These statements work on an energetic level, bridging conventional talk therapy with energy-based techniques, to dissolve those blocks and redirect energy back to your true self. It’s a versatile approach, widely used in coaching, psychotherapy, and self-help for challenges like anxiety, trauma, or personal growth.
Logosynthesis operates on four core principles:
-
Everything is energy.
-
Energy either belongs to you or it doesn’t.
-
Energy can be blocked or flow easily.
-
Words move energy.
The areas where you feel discomfort or struggle often point to spots of blocked energy. Logosynthesis gently targets these areas, releasing energy that doesn’t belong to you and helping your natural energy flow again.
Over multiple sessions, we’ll dive into your concern. Gradually, we’ll craft and use customized sentences, allowing them time to take effect. Many notice a shift right away, and with time, they can sustain the transformations they seek.
Logosynthesis is a highly effective approach for a wide range of psychological, emotional, and physical issues.
You are unique, you were born as a person one. No one else has had your life or your experiences. Logosynthesis to adapts to your situation, works with your system and brings relief at the level you need.

The Option Method
It's a non-therapeutic, dialogue-based approach designed to help people identify and release the underlying beliefs that cause emotional unhappiness—such as depression, anxiety, stress, anger, or relationship frustrations—by exploring why we choose to feel unhappy in response to life's events. The core idea is that unhappiness isn't directly caused by external circumstances but by our own limiting beliefs about them (e.g., "I must be unhappy if X happens"). It's empowering because it positions you as your own expert, emphasizing self-acceptance and the "option" to let go of negativity without judgment.
Key Principles
-
Unhappiness as a Choice: Di Marsico taught that we always have the option to not be unhappy, no matter the situation. The method uncovers hidden beliefs (like "I'm not good enough" or "Bad things shouldn't happen to me") that make us feel stuck.
-
Non-Judgmental Exploration: It avoids blame, analysis, or "fixing" problems—instead, it fosters curiosity and love toward your emotions.
-
Influence on Other Methods: It's the foundation for the Option Process Dialogue (developed by Barry Neil Kaufman of the Option Institute), which adapts it for autism support and personal growth. However, The Option Method itself remains distinct and trademark-free.
How It Works: The Four Core Questions
The heart of the method is a simple set of four questions, asked in a gentle, iterative dialogue . You apply them to a specific upsetting feeling or situation:
-
Are you unhappy about [specific situation]? (E.g., "Are you unhappy about your job loss?")
-
What do you believe would have to be true for you to be happy about it? (This reveals the blocking belief, like "I'd have to believe failure isn't the end of the world.")
-
Do you know for sure that [blocking belief] is true? (Challenges the belief's validity.)
-
Would you be willing to feel differently about it if you knew [blocking belief] wasn't true? (Opens the door to releasing the unhappiness.)
Who It's For and Benefits
-
Common Uses: Tackling depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, marriage/relationship issues, parenting stress, or even physical health worries tied to emotional blocks.
-
Benefits: Users often describe reduced reactivity, better relationships, and a lighter outlook. It's accessible—no homework or tools needed beyond honest reflection.
-
Critiques: Some find it too simplistic or belief-focused (vs. trauma-deep dives), but proponents say its strength is in its brevity and universality.
